OUR CHILI OIL CRUNCH

We like to think of the products we create as our love letters to the Garden Isle, where our 'ohana-run company was born & operates.  We take pride in creating our recipes from scratch using natural ingredients and developing flavors so 'ono and complex they're downright addictive.

Our chili oil crunch consists of: avocado oil, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, garlic flakes, chili pepper flakes, red onion, black sesame seeds, nori, ginger, Korean chili pepper powder, black pepper, and Himalayan salt.

Chef Zach suggests using our KJC Chili Oil Crunch as a drizzle over soups, noodles, and crudo - or as an 'ono base for sauces. Below are the top three ways our crew uses the KJC Crunch:

#1 - Drizzled on KJC Cup of Noodles - (can be found at our Koloa and Kilauea locations) served hot with Bone to Be Wild Bone Broth, rice noodles, tamari, shimeji mushrooms, napa cabbage, bok chow, cilantro, carrots, and wakame

#2 - Drizzled on Spicy Avocado Toast - Toasted bread, smashed avocado, poached egg, salt and pepper to taste

#3 - Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce - (can be added t 1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts and 2 cup vegetables) 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon chili oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, Chili oil crunch (as desired)
