Kauai is the Garden Isle....and what is a garden without a farmer? We believe the ingredients we use should exist in the closest proximity to each other as possible. We are proud of our relationships with local farmers who show up daily with a dizzying array of fruits and vegetables from all ends of the island; grown in Kauai's unique rich, volcanic soil and picked at prime ripeness. Our local farmers are one of the many reasons our products taste absolutely amazing and like no other you will find.
